Dr. ROBIN CELIKATES

Associate Professor of political and social philosophy at the University of Amsterdam and director of the Transformations of Civil Disobedience project. Robin is a member of the Amsterdam School for Cultural Analysis (ASCA), the Amsterdam Center for Globalization Studies (ACGS) and an associated member of the Institut für Sozialforschung in Frankfurt am Main. He is the author of Kritik als soziale Praxis (Campus 2009) and the co-author of Politische Philosophie (Reclam 2013). Most recently he has co-edited Transformations of Democracy: Crisis, Protest, and Legitimation and The Irregularization of Migration in Contemporary Europe: Detention, Deportation, Drowning (both Rowman & Littlefield 2015).

M.Sc. NATASHA BASU

PhD Researcher at the University of Amsterdam, Department of Philosophy. Currently working on the Globalization and Civil Disobedience subproject. Natasha is a member of the Amsterdam School for Cultural Analysis (ASCA), the Dutch Research School of Philosophy (OZSW) and the Amsterdam Center for Globalization Studies (ACGS). She obtained her MSc in Global Politics with a concentration in Global Civil Society from the London School of Economics and Political Science and her BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park. She was a Fulbright Fellow in Turkey. She currently resides in Amsterdam.

MA. CARLOS BERNARDO CAYCEDO C.

PhD. Researcher at the University of Amsterdam, Department of Philosophy. Currently working on the Digitalization of Civil Disobedience subproject. Bernardo is a member of the Amsterdam School for Cultural Analysis (ASCA), the Dutch Research School of Philosophy (OZSW) and the Amsterdam Center for Globalization Studies (ACGS). He obtained his MA in Philosophy from Universidad de los Andes, Bogotá, Colombia and his BA in Philosophy from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Bogotá, Colombia. He currently resides in Amsterdam.
